The RM6T7 series inverter is designed for electric operation, featuring a built-in DC12V console power supply and incline control for complete treadmill applications, has a simple and compact structure that does not take up much space, and is easy to arrange the layout of lower system. Sensorless vector control supports induction motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors and brushless DC motors, with excellent performance of low speed, high torque and wide speed control range.

Control Mode
- Supports AC induction motors, permanent magnet synchronous motor, brushless DC motor and other types of motor control. It can output powerful torque at very low speed. With the speed configurable to reach 0.2 km/h. Suitable for rehabilitation treadmill applications.
- The motor parameters can be quickly and accurately adjusted by using the static or dynamic auto tuning function, effectively saving tuning time.
Function Features
- No need for an additional sensor module, the inverter has a built-in pedometer, which can be used for various new trend applications such as equipment usage, step counting, mileage accumulation and calorie consumption, making the product more competitive.
- Built-in incline motor control module. Comply with VR singal & Photo-pulse.
Unlimited level tuning for console incline calibration. - The inverter fan can be configured to start and stop automatically based on the temperature level, improving energy efficiency, reducing noise, and extending the fan's lifespan.
- Power lose ramp-stop function improves the safety of treadmill when power shuts down, and can be turned on by function.
- Password protection function can be set to adjustable, read-only or hide display according to the demand, providing parameter protection and management.
- Inverter software can be upgraded through RJ-45 terminal without additional programming process, reducing maintenance and management costs.
- The inverter passes the 1.5G tri-axial vibration test and can monitor the temperature of the built-in NTC, over-temperature warning and trips when overheated.
Safety Function
- The inverter design complies with the isolation distance requirements of EN 60335-1/UL61800-5-1 and the safety regulations of UL 60730-1/UL 1647.
- The design complies with CE certification and can be equipped with optional EMC filter to effectively suppress electromagnetic interference and meet the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of various countries.
