The RM6T6A series inverters are designed for commercial-grade treadmill motors in fitness clubs, featuring the latest control technology. They can switch between resistance training and treadmill modes. They include a built-in 60W power supply sufficient for large TFT display controls and provide comprehensive treadmill functions such as elevation control, electromagnetic braking, and dynamic braking. These inverters support various mainstream motors, including IM, SPM, and IPM types.

Control Mode
- Supporting both treadmill mode and resistance training mode, the inverter can control AC induction motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors, and brushless DC motors, providing strong torque at very low speeds, with a minimum speed range down to 0.2 km/h, making it suitable for rehabilitation treadmills.
- Paired with speed feedback for closed-loop control, it can be used for a combined function of treadmill mode and zero-speed resistance training mode.
Function Features
- The built-in step counting feature does not require additional sensing modules, as the inverter handles step detection. This can be used for various modern applications such as equipment usage tracking, step count, mileage accumulation, and calorie consumption, offering a more cost-competitive solution.
- It provides a 60W (12VDC, 5A) power supply for control units. (covered models offering 12VDC, 3A).
- The built-in elevation motor control module supports analog DC 0-5V and optical pulse signals for position feedback, enabling smooth communication for automatic calibration.
- A dynamic braking resistor activates automatically to suppress inverter PN voltage when motor voltage rises too high, preventing inverter damage. An external braking module is optional.
- The built-in electromagnetic brake control function locks the running belt during power outages to prevent accidental slips and injuries.
- Temperature-controlled fans can be set to start and stop automatically based on temperature levels, enhancing energy efficiency, reducing noise, and facilitating maintenance with a quick-detach design to extend fan life.
- The power-off deceleration function improves user safety during sudden power outages while exercising and can be enabled through settings.
- Password-protected parameter functions allow customization of parameters as modifiable, read-only, or hidden, ensuring parameter security and management.
- The inverter software can be upgraded via an RJ-45 terminal, eliminating the need for additional programming processes and reducing maintenance and management costs.
- Up to 10 error logs can be stored, each recording over 10 types of operational data at the time of the error, providing valuable reference for maintenance and diagnostics.
Safety Function
- The inverter design complies with the insulation distance requirements of EN 60335-1 / UL61800-5-1 and the safety standards of UL 60730-1 / UL 1647.
- It meets CE certification standards and can be optionally equipped with EMC filters to effectively suppress electromagnetic interference, meeting the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of various countries.
- The structural strength has passed a 1.2G three-axis vibration test.
